Common uses

Avapro is used to treat high blood pressure. It is also prescribed to patients with some other medical conditions.

Before using

Notify your doctor of using any other prescription and over-the-counter medicines. Do not take Avapro without consulting your medical specialist, especially if you have some medical conditions like breast-feeding or pregnancy.

Warning for women: Avapro is not recommended to use in pregnant or breast-feeding woman. It has been reported to affect human fetus and newborn baby.

Directions

Avapro should be taken orally with or without food. If you missed your regular dose, wait for the next scheduled time to take tablet. Do not double-up your regular dose. Follow the dosing and intake frequency exactly under the prescription of your doctor. Avapro should be stored in cool and dark place at room temperature. Keep this medicine in tightly closed container.

Cautions

Contact your doctor immediately if you became pregnant during treatment. Avapro can cause fatal harm to human fetus and newborn.

If you take too much

Apply for emergency care or contact your medical specialist if overdose occurred.
