What is Hoodia Gordonii?

Hoodia Gordonii is a succulent type plant used to control over hunger, thirst and appetite. Numerous scientific studies proved Hoodia to be effective appetite suppressant. This natural weight loss supplement first appeared in South Africa. The ancestors of San bushmen used this plant to stave off hunger during their long and arduous hunting trips.

How is Hoodia To Be Used?

Originally Hoodia Gordonii plant is bitter, but acts immediately after eating its flesh or sap. Only San bushmen can use Hoodia plant in fresh form. Dried Hoodia plants are grinded to powder, which is core component of various dietary supplements used to control appetite.

Are there any side effects?

Hoodia Pills should not be used in children. It is not recommended to use this supplement if you experience certain medical conditions (thyroid disease, high blood pressure, urinating problems connected to prostate enlargement, heart disease, diabetes, glaucoma). Do not take Hoodia Pills with monoamine oxidase inhibitors. Consult your doctor or pharmacist about drug interactions.
